How many of you have been asked the following questions since Election Day in November: Do you want President Obama to succeed? ot Will you support President Obama now? These questions have come up quite frequently in my many dealings with friends, co-workers, parishioners, etc. and I found my answers always a little different trying in some way to show some loyalty to my new President. I have searched my mind and my heart to try and support him in some way and as I was driving home from Providence RI I heard Jay Severin on WTKK, 96.9 FM in Boston and he said something quite profound which answered my quandary. Jay Severin said the following: "Were these same questions asked of Democrats and Liberals when President Bush was elected? When the Giants defeated the Patriots in the Superbowl last year, did I become a Giants fan all of a sudden?" The answer to both of these questions is of course, NO. The truth of the matter is the best American I can be in this current political climate is to be a DISSENTING AMERICAN because in the end my allegiance is with my country and not my President. And it is here where the title of my blog comes in. The entire Inaugural Celebration centered on Barack Hussein Obama and not on the United States of America. The crowds which came to Washington DC were so different from past Inaugural gatherings. The focus was on Obama and his Messiah-like role as the new President. Even the media were seen and heard to fawn all over him. David Gregory of NBC's Meet the Press spoke so adoringly of President Obama's entrance and the equal joy of former President Bush leaving with such zeal that I immediately thought of Leni Riefenstahl's "Triumph of the Will". She conveyed the zeal and blind adoration of Hitler and his Nazi Party in her filming of the Nazi Nuremburg Rally in 1930's Germany. The Obamatons are as blind as the Germans who followed Hitler into WWII. To criticize Hitler was treasonous, and to criticize Obama is "racist". "Well, you don't want him to succeed because he's black!" This was truly said to me by someone who refused to hear my reasons. In fact my reasons were considered frivolous compared to the real reason of the economy. If I bring up the Life issues I'm considered a religious fanatic, if I speak of the War on Terror I regarded as a Bush stooge and a simpleton. So, I really can't win unless I drink the Obama koolaid and stare wide-eyed and believe "that I can pay my bills now" or "I can finally hope again". President Obama is going to save us, just give him a chance.
Well, Obama has been President for two days and he has already begun to lower the defenses and put our nation's security at risk by declaring to close Guantanamo and ending so-called "torture" techniques in fighting the Terrorist Moslem Jihadists. He also going to close those prisons in foreign countries which hold other Terrorist prisoners. Also, on the 36th anniversary of Roe v. Wade he has reiterated his dedication to preserving and expanding Abortion Rights by rescinding an Executive Order which banned Federal monies for abortions outside of the United States linked to US Foreign Aid. He not only wants to kill American Babies but Babies all over the world. Not to mention that the MARCH FOR LIFE which had over 200,000 marchers wasn't even on the Evening news on any network including Fox News. You would think that such a crowd would garner some attention. You can bet if it was a rally of Pro-abortion Obamatons, then it would have had headline and front page status and I bet the "messiah" himself would have appeared as well.
NO! I will not support President Obama and I will not hope for his success. I will in fact hope and pray that he FAILS because he promotes an Agenda of Evil, much like Adolf Hitler did 70 years ago. It is my duty as an American Citizen to stop and remove him from office as soon as is legally possible. I will pray for his conversion and his safety and that is all and will continue to pray for our nation, which has elected the Angel of Death as its President.
God Help Us All! and God have mercy on America!!!
